Endurance Requires Discipline (Prayer)

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come before Your Throne in the Powerful, Remarkable name above all Names Christ Jesus, thanking You for the love, mercy, and grace that You extend into our lives and for all that you are in our lives. You are the True and Living God, the Creator of Heaven and earth, the lover of our soul, Father God there is none like you, none so beautiful, none so marvelous, none so wise and full of all understanding. You are Holy, in a class all by Yourself. You make a way for me when there seems to be no way, You give me strength when I relinquish everything to You in faith. I will run with the enduring and faithful heart that You are worthy of and I will wait and listen for instruction on how to do what it is that You have for me on this day. Thank You that You are always with me encouraging me and revealing unsearchable knowledge with me. I will keep my eye on Christ and focus on Him as I purify myself and keep myself from the unclean thing. Jesus is the author and the finisher of my faith and it is in Him that I live. I will not give up, but I will press toward the calling that is on my life. Thank You for Your Word that is life giving and life sustaining, allowing me to find exactly what I need to hear to continue this race that I am running, giving the discipline that I need for a life in You. And I give You all the glory, all the honor, and all the praise, forever and ever.

~ Amen

Therefore, since we are encompassed with such a great cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight and the sin that so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us. Let us look to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and your hearts give up. - Hebrews 12:1-3

Rise up Again (Prayer)

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to you in the marvelous name of Your Son Jesus Christ, who was and is and is to come. I thank You that Your Spirit convicts me and corrects me so that when I step out of line, I am spiritually aware. You are the Revelation bearing God, full of wisdom, and knowledge and understanding and You hold nothing back from Your children. You are so Faithful, You are so Loving, You are so Magnificent, no one compares to You. Your Word is Truth, and I can depend on it. Thank You for sending Your Word to me. I set my hope in Your Word and build up an earnest expectation for great things to happen. You protect and defend me always allowing me to receive the specific results of your promises.  Your Word tells me that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but You will deliver me out of them all (Psalm 34:19). I know that You will never leave me nor forsake me because I have read it in Your Word. Your word tells me in 2nd Corinthians 4:8-9, "We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed." And I know this is true because I am still here today to say Thank You. I will continue to press, and whenever I get knocked down I will get up, I will not allow defeat to be a plausible option and I will not live in disparity, but I will put my trust in You knowing that perseverance leads to Victory. I will always give to You all the glory, all the honor, and all the Praise forever and ever.
~ Amen

Morning Prayer (Perseverance)

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You in the miracle-working name of Your Son Jesus Christ, thanking you for always being there, and for all that you are doing in and through my life. There is no other God as faithful as You, none that can do what You do, no one as loving as You, no one as wise as You. You continue to reveal Yourself to us and to give us exactly what it is we need. Abba, Father, I thank you that you lead me and encourage me to do good. Your Word inspires me to be generous and kind. Your Word causes me to think of others before myself and to do it continually, regardless of their response. Your Word tells me not to be weary in doing what's right so I will press through on today showing the love that You have poured on the inside of me. Making sure that when people see me that they see Your marvelous works in me. I give You all the Glory, all the honor, and all the praise today and forever.
~ Amen

But you, brothers, do not be weary in doing good. - 2nd Thessalonians 3:13

Contentment and Perserverance (Prayer)

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to you in the bondage-breaking name of our Lord Jesus Christ, You are the only worthy God, you are the Most High God, El Elyon. You are my Redeemer, Jehovah-Go'el. You are the God of Truth, El Emet, You are the Living God Elohim Chaiyim. Thank You, Father, You are my Peace, Jehovah-Shalom. You teach me in Your word that You desire unity, faith, patience, and meekness. You encourage me to do for others and to be content with what I have. Your word says in First Timothy godliness with great contentment is great gain, and You warn me of falling into the temptation of riches. Father God I thank You and seek to honor you in all my ways and all my thoughts. I will go the extra mile for others and allow Your love to be seen in me for I am Your child and Your Spirit lives in me building me up transforming me into a glorious church without spot and without blemish. Have Your way today Lord as I go about to serve You and to do those things which You have commanded me to do. I seek to glorify You and to Honor You with my life in a way that is pleasing to You. Father show me what You would have me to do and that is what I will do. Not my plans but the plans you have for me. Not for my selfish and perverse ways but Your holy and sanctified path. Lord, I thank You for every waking moment, and I give You all glory, all honor, and all the praise forever and ever.
~ Amen

And whoever compels you to go a mile, go with him two. - Matthew 5:41

But godliness with contentment is great gain. - 1st Timothy 6:6

Thankful for Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You in the supreme name of your Son Jesus Christ in humility and thanksgiving, knowing that it is You that gives me every breath that I take and know it is you that is protecting me from dangers seen and unseen. You are the Faithful God; righteous and holy You are. Father, there is none like you. Lord, I thank you that I can make petition to your holy court and it will be done on this side. I thank you that where there is suffering, sickness, grief, pain, lack, or any type of distressful situation all I have to do is pray and You will dispatch angels to eliminate the works of the evil one. I thank you that salvation, healing, deliverance, and understanding are all available within a conversation with You. Jehovah you are the covenant-making, covenant-keeping God that awaits our prayers so that You can do the things that You wish to do in our lives. We can come boldly to Your Throne room with anything for ourselves or for others, and You will hear us, and when we come with Your Word, you will not turn us down. We can come to you by ourselves or together in agreement, and You will hear us. We can use our native tongue or utterances provided by Your Spirit within us, and You will hear us. I thank you that I can commune with you and make a request of You, and I thank You that You are my God. Thank You for all that You are in my life, and I give You all honor, all glory, and all praise forever and ever.
~ Amen
